Autodesk - Ref To my Case #16978560 & now again #17052074 10/12/2020

I have been trying to correct an issue with an Autocad 2020 educational download on my Windows 10 standalone computer. At first I was receiving a Code 1603 on the downloads, but I finally got that corrected, (I'm not sure how). Now there is a different problem

Various Cases have been created for me. Suggestions made to me about uninstalling (I completely did this twice so far-including rebooting and deleting files and adjusting/deleting autodesk files in my registry). Then reloading only the Autocad 2020 this last time. My document shows screen shots of my computer access and autocad problems

If you go through this document, you will see I have tried to put in comments as I went through the process on my own trying all the things suggested.

The following screen shots of my autocad 2020 (10/08/2020) version, even though I'm running Microsoft Edge

updated Version 86.0.622.38 prior to running acad.exe. I still am having this same problem. Java script,

(which can't be corrected unless the program will fully open-it doesn't due to screen shots after them).

Once you bypass the Java screen shots, then go thru the steps to clear the notices, the acad program posts the

last screen shot and shuts down the program.

If you try to exit (use the X) to close, you get this screen once you say ok....program shuts down.

I tried the things suggested; reload MS Edge, Uninstall Autocad 2020, [deleting files], [rebooting afterwards],

and then downloading and re-installing Autocad 2020.

I saw some information in the Autodesk Knowledge Network about "license manager not working.." I already

looked for the adapter LogMeIn on my system and it is not there.

I'm trying to get my system up and going so that I can teach my community college course from home, if the

need arises by using the Zoom program.

Can anyone help.
