POSITION TITLE: EDI Processing/Testing Analyst

 Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all IQMS (CLEO), Baan (TLE) and Inovis EDI support operations and configurations globally

• Prepare, analyze, prioritize Detail Functional Specification document(DFR) for EDI

• Provide EDI functional support as part of new plant launch and/or foot print changes

• Work with plants, trading partners, vendors and IT team as needed to include the testing of new/​changed EDI documents and associated processes

• Coordinates/monitors the daily activities of all inbound and outbound EDI including 830, 862, 856, 820, 810, 997, and 850 transaction sets in a highly detailed and time sensitive environment.

• Interfaces with customers to ensure adherence to EDI procedures and standards

• Create action plan, document and execute any EDI change requests from customers

• Ensure timely knowledge transfer of new customer/supplier setups to EDI production support group

• Interface with Business Units to ensure on time project execution, requirement delivery, and follow change control process

• Ensure that changes to EDI platform are tested, documented and deployed in timely manner 

• Accountable and responsible for ensuring and approving the map changes (Regression and User Acceptance testing) working closely with EDI software vendor

• Prepare technical project plans and status reporting

 Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of  EDI process experience in automotive industry with minimum of 4-5 years in support operations

• In depth Knowledge of EDI standards, spec, forms, concepts, file types used in supplier and customer communications.

• Knowledge of CLEO/TLE Ecommerce

• Excellent communications (written and verbal) skills

• Strong and effective analytical skills

• Required skills – Detail oriented and good coordination of duties and project management

• Comprehensive understanding of release to release business process in automotive industry

• Excellent communication skills/follow up skills are must

• Ability to work with remote teams in different regions/countries

• Must be well organized and result oriented
