The meeting will be hosted by the Centre for Indigenous Conservation and Development Alternatives (CICADA), the Quebec Centre for Biodiversity Science (QCBS), the Canadian Commission for UNESCO, the Indigenous Peoples and Community Conserved Areas and Territories (ICCA) Consortium, Parks Canada, the Assembly of First Nations, the Center for Biodiversity and Conservation of the American Museum of Natural History, the Université de Montréal, and the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity. An opening ceremony and reception will be held on Sunday, 5 May 2019 at the Redpath Museum - McGill University at 5:00 pm.
