During 2012 the percent of home sales has remained the static since 2011 at 5%, although there is no change the percent is still very low. Walmart continues to find ways to save their customers money while providing them with quality products. The Movie Pack would help boost the percent of home product sales because it has all the components that all Walmart products have, quality, variety, and a low price.Walmart Market Needs Assesment The Movie Pack will be targeted towards the millennial generation. This generation was born between 1981-2000 and according to Advocates for youth, the millennial’s are much more open minded, diverse, and more connected. The Movie Pack’s main purpose is to target people who are 14-30 years old. Millennials are more liberal, they love being together, and they also like showing each other cool products that are easy to use, but still offer all the things they need.
