A. Website Description The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (BCDOT) will be providing RFQ and RFP documents to perspective design-build teams through the City's website which can be accessed via this URL , by visiting the Department of Transportation page on the City's website and then clicking "Projects" followed by "Central Avenue Design-Build" or by clicking here.

For clarity the information provided by the City will be in several folders and subfolders. Section B below outlines the main folders and Section C below that details each folder's data. The date refers to when it was added to the website. Except for information provided under "2. Project Contract Documents", the information provided is for informational purposes below and BCDOT is not providing any warranty or guarantee on the contents. Project updates, perspective bidder questions and BCDOT responses, etc will be provided in "2. Project Contract Documents" as well. More data may be added during the RFP phase.
