Senior Vice President, North American Operations Enterprise Holdings Inc.

As Senior Vice President of North American Operations for Enterprise Holdings Inc., Will Withington is responsible for overseeing all operations in the U.S. and Canada, including a network of more than 7,100 neighborhood and airport rental branch offices.

Enterprise Holdings operates ? through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries and franchises ? the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental brands, as well as more than 10,000 fully staffed neighborhood and airport locations in 100 countries and territories. Withington began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Boston in 1992 as a Management Trainee after graduating from Saint Anselm College with a bachelor's degree in business. Over the next 10 years, he worked his way up through the rental ranks across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Logan Airport in Boston before eventually being promoted to Regional Rental Manager.

Withington moved to Houston as Regional Vice President in 2002, and in 2006 he moved even further west and became Arizona's Vice President of Rental. After four years there, he was promoted to General Manager of the Indiana subsidiary. In 2011, he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the San Francisco subsidiary.

Withington moved to Enterprise's headquarters in St. Louis in 2016 as Corporate Vice President of Canadian Operations. A few months later, he was promoted to Corporate Vice President of North Central Operations and also put in charge of all of the North American CarShare operations. In 2017, Withington also assumed responsibility for the Enterprise Exotic Car Collection. He was promoted to Corporate Vice President of West Coast Operations in 2018 and assumed his current role at the beginning of 2019.

Currently, Withington is a board member for Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire.
