Email Signature Instructions for Outlook

1. First you need to generate your signature at signature/generator.php. Once you have your email signature displayed, copy the selection of your signature you want to be displayed on all emails by highlighting the area, right click on the area, then click copy.

2. After you have logged into your outlook, in the top right corner, click tools then options.

4. You can create several different signatures, but in this case, you will only need one. First, click new. Enter the name of the signature you want to create and click ok.

5. Make sure you select your default signature on the right drop downs.

6. Now right click in the blank area and click paste then click ok. Now your email signature will show up in all emails you send out.
