MLS is a database of established property data, and provides the listing forms and requirements for your local area. Stage 3: Software SetupSubscribe to Oregon Real Estate FormsOregon Real Estate Forms (OREF) provides transactional real estate forms for the whole state to utilize. A subscription is required to ensure that you have the latest and most up to date forms. Legislation, local guidelines, and industry trends often shape these forms.
