Vendors presently furnish these means of authentication to researchIT CT users within Vendors' platforms. An exception is CT State Library Collections in , which is authenticated by the State Library using EZProxy, either by IP address for onsite users, or public library bar code number for remote access. Describe how you will authenticate all users described in 3.3 above for access to your resources, whether onsite (within the academic institution, school, or public library) or from remote locations. Address your capability to authenticate users for access to your content by these means: IP address recognition, geolocation, GPS, username & password, library bar code number, and any other means of authentication you can provide. 1.5 User platform.Describe the extent to which you can deliver your content to authenticated users in these platforms: computer (desktop or laptop), tablet, smart phone. Include any other platforms you can deliver to in addition to those listed. Indicate what operating systems and web browsers you support for delivery of your content.1.6 User Interface and DiscoverabilityDescribe the user interface you can provide for your content and the platforms on which it can function, including operating systems and devices of different sizes, portability, and mobility.
