Class sizes are limited and many classes require setting up for students ahead of time. Minimum class size is 4. Your placement is guaranteed ONLY UPON A $10 Deposit. Register in person during store hours, by phone, email or by mail. Registration is first come first served. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations requested at least 7 days prior to first day of class. For cancellations less than 7 days prior $10 of your class fee is non-refundable unless we cancel or postpone a class. Fusing class projects require time in the kiln and will be available for pick up in a week. Upon registering for a class, you will receive any additional information needed for the class. A list of tools, materials, supplies, advance preparation, etc., will be included. Please come to class prepared and a few minutes early. Classes will start on time. Class projects are on display at Shannon’s and most are pictured on our website. Classes meet on the same day as the starting day once a week for the number of weeks listed. Basic tools are: glass cutter, pliers, shears and safety equipment. Some classes have a pre-requisite, and that will be listed. If you have any questions, just ask. Maybe your book club would like to do something different or your Red Hat group wants to come and make a pin to match their outfits. Whether it’s a gals night out making jewelry or a birthday party, we have projects for all ages, skill ranges and budgets. There are several inclusive classes in which the materials are included in the class Fee. Ask for a list today! There are also lots of examples around the shop and on our website for projects that can be made. Maybe you and your friends would like to learn to create a fused plate, or your family would like to come and make stepping stones. Perhaps your children and a few friends would like to make a fused bowl. The options are endless. Another benefit for group classes is that we will work around your schedule. Classes should be scheduled a minimum of a week in advance and a deposit is required to hold the date.The class I would like to take is not on the scheduleIf you are looking for a particular class, and it is not on our current schedule, let us know. So many types of projects can be done during Glass Day and Night classes on Tuesdays or Walk in Wednesday. If not, we will add your name to a sign-up sheet for the class and post it in the shop. Once we have enough people on the sign up, we will schedule the class.
