Let’s say you get a lipstick or a moisturizer, and it is not the right shade or does not meet your expectations we will return or exchange it. How great is that?! A risk free purchase! - Today is the 2nd of 2 appointments that you are going to have with me, but I would love to have a party where you invite some friends and earn some free product! Today/tonight we are just going to do your customized facial with microdermabrasion and a customized look based on your hair color, eye color, and skin tone. So this time it is going to be “all about you!”Skin Care1) Oil free eye makeup remover- This is oil free, and has conditioner to help strengthen eyelashes. Every time we use mascara, it breaks off the eyelashes but this is going to help replenish them. This product is rated #1 by Good Housekeeping, and it will NOT leave a film on your contact lenses.2) Choose a cleanser (well #1)- (Traditionally, you would still use the TimeWise 3-In-1 Cleanser, but you can do the Botanicals based on the customer’s preference. Don’t use Freshen… just talk about it. If face mask is used, leave on for 10 minutes, wipe off. The Acne Control System is not recommended for this appointment.) Did you know that if you do not wash your face twice a day you will age 5 times faster than your girlfriend who does cleanse twice a day? Remember, it’s really important to wash your neck when you wash your face because the first signs of aging start at 18 in your neck and hands. Now wipe off cleanser.3) Microdermabrasion (well #5 & well #6) – Step 1 of the microdermabrasion is called refine. Put this on just one half of you face to start and make sure to avoid your eyes! It is going to feel pretty gritty. This is what helps to polish your skin, reduce the size of your pores, and leave your skin looking brighter than before. Wipe off step one and take a look at your skin in the mirror. Doesn’t it look smooth and bright? (Many people say the other side of the face looks dull in comparison.) Go ahead and use the rest of step 1 on the other half of your face, then wipe it off! Step 2 is called refresh. Put this all over your face to help revitalize the skin and keep it nourished after stripping off the top layers.4) Anti-Aging Products - Night Solution (well #2) - This has fresh vitamins A, E, and C, which helps with deep lines and wrinkles. Make sure to rub this all over your face and neck. This product helps even out skin tone and firms up skin. It also helps with any acne scarring. Truly getting beauty sleep!- Anti-Aging Day Solution (demo this on the back of your hand)-This has SPF 25 to protect against UVA and UVB rays. Also, it contains calming peptides to help relax your expression lines throughout the day.5) Firming Eye Cream (well #4)- This product firms around the eye area, and helps with fine lines. Use your ring finger when applying this product. We use this finger because it has less muscle than the rest of our fingers. The skin around your eye is a 1/3 the thickness of the rest of the skin on your face and it can tear like a tissue, so you want to use your weakest finger. This eye cream also helps with the dark circles under the eyes and tightens the skin around the eye!6) Deep Wrinkle Filler (Put on wrinkles on thumb joints)- This is a brand new product that we demo using our thumb. This product is going to eliminate those wrinkles, and you should see a difference between the two thumbs. **Use on women over the age of 40 who would use the TimeWise Repair set**7) Satin Lip Mask (small left well above the foundation well) - Make sure to rub this all over your lips. This lip mask exfoliates the lips and removes dry skin. I normally use this product once or twice a week.**While mask is drying, we are going to play a game! Play the referral game here. Have each customer pull out their cell phone, and give them a few minutes to list as many names/numbers as possible. Whoever fills up this sheet first wins a gift on the table! When their sheet is complete, have them wipe off the lip mask with their cloth.8) Satin Lip Balm (small right well above the foundation well)- Apply this lip balm to your lips. This hydrates the lips for up to 10 hours, leaving the lips feeling clean and silky. Other products such as Burt’s Bees contain mentholatum, which ultimately dries out your lips. I use this lip balm once in the morning and once in the evening.9) Moisturizer of choice (paired with #1) (well #3)- Rub this product all over your face and neck also. This moisturizer hydrates for 10 hours. Even if you have oily skin, always use moisturizer or your skin will produce its own oil. When it produces its own oil, that’s what causes acne and blemishes. Marketing Bag GameSince we use mineral makeup and it sticks to moisture we have to let that moisturizer dry for a minute so we’re going to play a fun game! Marketing Bag Game!! (DO this EVERY TIME) Refer to the Marketing Bag Game Notes if need be here!Also, have them fill out the “What Women Want” SurveyFace Color 1) Foundation Primer (well #8)- This goes all over your face and it helps your foundation go on smoother and stay on longer. Feels like clouds, doesn’t it?2) Foundation of choice- This foundation is buildable (put as much as want or as little as you want), transfer resistant (will not come off on cloths), also better for skin! It’s very light!3) Concealer – You should always put your concealer on over your foundation and choose a shade this is slightly lighter than your foundation. This makes it look more natural and blend in better. (Use the foundation/concealing shade matching sheet if unsure which to use.)3) Highlighting Pen- This product contains light reflecting pigments that highlight under eye area. Put the product on one eye, and then look at the difference between the two eyes. Then apply the product to the other eye.Eye/Lip ColorIf doing a custom look with cream eye color:1) Cream eye color – use the cream eye color/concealer brush to smooth cream eye color over eyelid. Multiple colors may be used in the same order as the mineral eye color or they may be blended. If doing a custom look with mineral eye color:1) First eye color- This goes all over eyelid, up to brow bone. 2) Second eye color- This goes on the eye crease (start ? of the way in and bring to outside corner). 3) Third eye color- This goes along the outer corner of crease and along lashes. 4) Lash primer- This helps your mascara go on smoother and stay on longer.5) Ultimate Mascara- This mascara is lash lengthening and water resistant—does not clump!6) Cheek color- Use the “dab down and swish” technique by starting at top of cheek bone and work your way down.7) Lipstick and Lip glossClosing- Go through the roll up bag placemat. Talk about the options of 2 sets, 4 sets or 6 sets. Really romance the roll up bag!-Then ask 3 questions on back of profile: 1) If money were no object and you could take home the 2, 4 or 6 sets, which one would you choose?2) This is the second of 2 appointments, but I would love to have a party with you and your friends so you can earn some free product! Would you like to get together with friends for a spa day? Yes, maybe, or no thank you?3) You saw what I did tonight, and you heard a few things tonight about what I do, would you like to get together for coffee and learn more?
