OPŠTE INFORMACIJE

Svi učesnici se mole da tokom rada kongresa nose bedževe, jer će pristup salama u kojima se održavaju sekcije biti moguć samo uz bedž.

Kotizacija obuhvata slobodan pristup svim sekcijama i pratećim aktivnostima, program kongresa, publikaciju sa izvodima radova, časopis ”Hrana i ishrana”, koktel dobrodošlice, svečano otvaranje kongresa, kafu u pauzama.

Tokom kongresa predviđena je izložba i prezentacija proizvođača hrane i dijetetskih suplemenata, stručne literature i suvenira.

Section presentations: 15-20 minutes

Oral presentations: 10 minutes (7 min + 3 min for discussion)

Organisers will provide technical support for Power Point presetations. Authors should give their presentations (CD, USB) at least 30 minutes befor the beggining of their sections.

Posters

Poster dimensions: 90 cm x 70 cm

Organizer will provide technical support for poster mounting.

Posters should be mounted on Thursaday 16th October during morning. Posters should remain throughout the duration of the conference.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

All participants are kindly to wear their badges throughout the Congress. Only badge holders will be admitted to the sections.

Registration fee includes admission to all sections, final program, Abstract Book, journal “Food and Nutrition”, welcome reception, opening ceremony and coffee at coffee breaks.

During the Congress an Exhibition will be held of food and dietary supplements, scientific literature and souvenirs.
