Governance, Oversight & Peer Support – Policy2020-21Good governance, oversight and peer support is a vital function of Skills and Employment team’s approach to performance management, quality assurance and improvement with a focus on what is happening in our classrooms. These functions can be both external and internal and utilised to provide a forum for both challenge and support, providing strategic direction to the Skills and Employment team; accountability for performance and making a real difference to the learning experience through the sharing of knowledge, experience and best practice.
