Overview: Jesus knows that His arrest and ultimately His death are near. The eleven men sharing His last meal are His dearest friends and more: they are the core of those who will carry on His mission when He is gone. In these few hours, Jesus sets aside His own anguish in order to prepare His team for His departure. These final discourses contain some of Jesus most profound teachings. Because He returns to the same topics of discussion weaving together the lesson He wants us all to remember.

For enabling you to do even greater things than He did, and for enabling you to bear fruit. Thank the Father for sending the Holy Spirit and for keeping you safe in the midst of persecution.
