Accessing the 9th Grade Biology Textbook
1. Go to my. (aka “The Cloud”)
2. Log in using your username and password. If you don’t know what that is, use the following format:
Username: s + student ID number
Password: Capital first letter of last name + Birthdate in SIX digits + s
Example – Username: s12345678; Password: H092299s
3. Search for the app “Pearson Realize”
4. Click on the icon to launch the Pearson Realize website
5. Find “Miller & Levine Biology Texas.” Click to load the textbook website.
6. Finally, click on “View Program” to load the table of contents
Once on the site, you should see all of the chapters in the book. If you click on the chapter, you can access reviews, quizzes, even read the full textbook online. You may be assigned assignments on here periodically, so you must know how to access this site. In addition, this is a great resource that should be taken advantage of to further your understanding of the topics covered in class.
