Bowdre. I have enclosed that copy and its original envelope would like to have this document made part of the official record. It appears that George Martin may have urinated or spilled some other staining substance on the document before mailing it to me. In addition, it is not a signed copy, but I assume this is his official response to which I am entitled to respond within a reasonable period of time. I will be replying to his motion for dismissal within a very few days, but wanted to have this document shown to the Judge along with my attached complaint to the Office of Professional Responsibility concerning Mr. Martin’s integrity and professionalism. I have copied (in color) his response and also videotaped the document and envelope to show that it was definitely not damaged in transit and was intentionally mailed to me in this condition. I am providing the OPR a copy document, along with pictures and the video for their files. Thanks very much. Sincerely, ................
