Below is our pricing as well as some guidelines for our parties. Our hope is your party will be both memorable and fun. Below are the guidelines and limitations regarding rental of the Pink Dipper Party Room.ROOM RENTAL GUIDELINES & INCLUSIONSThe birthday party room can accommodate no more than 20 guests – this includes all adults & children present, regardless of whether or not they eat any ice cream. We ask that you respect this policy as the birthday party room can get very warm due to the two very large plate glass windows coupled with too many warm bodies and we want to ensure that each and every guest is comfortable throughout the party’s celebration.We ask that all party attendees park across the street in the public parking access next to Parks Pharmacy so that we have ample parking for our regular guests.Outside food and beverages, with exception to a birthday cake or cupcakes, are not allowed. Glitter & confetti of all types are not allowed.Party times are booked on a first come, first served basis and are not complete until the room rental fee is paid in full and the party room contract is signed. The party time is not reserved until the room reservation fee is paid and contract is submitted, therefore it’s important to get your fee and signed contract in as soon as possible to avoid someone else booking the party time you prefer. If you must cancel the party, you may receive a 100% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the party date. Parties cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice prior to the party date, will not be eligible for a refund on the room rental.Party balance must be paid immediately after the birthday party ends.We do not schedule any parties or events in the party room on Sundays. Additionally, we only book a maximum of two parties per day.This is your child’s big day so we want you to relax and not worry about serving or cleaning. Pink Dipper employees will gladly assist with taking ice cream orders, serving your guests and all post party clean up so you can enjoy the celebration!PRICINGParty Room Rental $35/hour You may access the party room up to 30 minutes ahead of party start time, for any additional set up or decorating you’d like to do, free of charge. The party room must be vacated no more than 30 minutes after the party is scheduled to end. In your best interest, and the interest of other birthday parties, it is important that you arrive and vacate the party room as scheduled. As an additional perk of renting the party room, you will get discounts on the items below. Pricing listed below is at the discounted rate, but does not include tax so your final bill will be higher due to the taxes we are required to collect.Ice CreamAll flavors are available during the party. The pricing below allows each guest to receive a single scoop of ice cream served in a cup. If you’d like ice cream served in a cone or want toppings available for your party guests, those are available at normal cost listed on our main menu at the front of the shop. 1 – 10 Guests$2.25/scoop11 – 15 Guests$2.10/scoop16 – 20 Guests$2.00/scoopDrinksWe can provide drinks for each guest at a cost of .89 per guest.Hotdogs/Hotdog CombosWe can provide hotdogs for each party guest at a rate of $1.75 per hotdog. Since the hotdogs are prepared the day of the event, specifically for your party, the number provided is guaranteed. This means that you will provide a guaranteed number 2-3 days prior to the party and you agree to pay for that amount of hotdogs, regardless of whether everyone shows up to your party or not. Any unconsumed hotdogs may be boxed up and taken home since you are responsible for paying for those.We can also provide a hotdog combo for each guest which includes a hotdog, chips and a drink for $3.00 per party guest. As stated above with the hotdogs, you will provide a guaranteed number that you agree to pay for. If the guaranteed number of people do not show up, you will only be responsible for the cost of the hotdogs at a rate of $1.75 per hotdog instead of the $3.00 for the combo.ADDITIONAL ITEMS AVAILABLEBirthday CakeIf you’d like a stress free party, we’re happy to provide a simple birthday cake, in addition to the ice cream. The cake is a sheet cake and you have the choice of flavor (chocolate, vanilla or marble) with the words “Happy Birthday, {NAME}!” written on it, as well as the “theme” you plan to use. The price of providing this is $30 and is also due at the time of party reservation.Party Bags/FavorsAs an added benefit, you may also elect to have us provide party bags/favors. Each child at the party will receive a party bag as a parting gift. The cost per party bag is $3.50/child. Items included in each bag may include: candy, small toys, pencils, stickers, face tattoos, etc.This is also a guaranteed cost, so you are financially responsible for the cost of each bag you guarantee ahead of time.To ensure the best possible experience we insist that you adhere to the following: Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your party is scheduled to allow time for check-in. Check-in is located at the front counter. The remaining balance of your birthday party must be paid in full at check-out at the end of the party. Any additional items purchased during the party must be paid for at check out. Although you may purchase your birthday cake through us, you may bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. Birthday cake/cupcakes are the only outside food or beverage permitted. Please do not bring any other outside food, snacks, or drinks. A host/hostess will be assigned to your party. He/she will deliver your food to you and assist you with any questions/concerns that may arise. The host/hostess will assist in serving the food and drinks and clean up throughout the party. If you purchase your cake through us, we will provide the plates, napkins and forks. If you bring your own cake, you are responsible for bringing those items. Also, please be sure to bring your own candles and lighter, as we do not readily keep those on hand. You are welcome to bring your own colored/themed goods if you so desire. Pink Dipper accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are NOT accepted. Once again, we value your business and patronage, and look forward to seeing you soon.
