Structural family therapy is a therapeutic approach that recognizes that families possess many strengths and it attempts to move families beyond dysfunctional patterns of interaction. This practicum report describes the application of the structural farnily therapy model to eight families. This analysis wiil consider the processes of assessment, intervention, and evaluation, and as well, the overall effectiveness of the structural family therapy model.
