The presumed diagnosis of Chlamydia is based on Barbara’s symptoms of intermenstrual bleeding, yellowish colored discharge, mild lower abdominal pain, and burning with urination. Barbara’s physical exam revealed a soft, non-tender, non-distended abdomen with no rebound tenderness. Liver and spleen were not palpable. ................
