The Medical Receptionist is the first contact for many patients and is the first impression of the professional services a patient will encounter. Receptionists serve as a liaison between the doctor and the patient and is of vital importance to the success of the medical practice. Medical Receptionists actively participate in the delivery of quality health care and continuously promote patient safety and well-being. Medical Receptionists contribute to a positive health care experience for patients and demonstrate integrity and respect and protect patient confidentiality.
