Your TOP 10 Checklist to ensure you start your BB right….
1. θ Sign them up with their RSVP, if money is an issue, sign them up after their first presentation.
2. θ Ask a few questions….
* What do you want out of Arbonne? ( explain the compensation plan by drawing out circle charts and have them pick a level or an income)
* Why do you want to do Arbonne? ( write down 8 reasons)
* How much time a week can you devote to Arbonne? Based on answer, coach them on #parties needed
3. θ Get them into activity…Tell them to take those 8 reasons why doing Arbonne and get a presentation booked next to each one of them.
* Give them a few of your open dates, if you are local.
* Give them a goal to reach towards (goal: book 8 parties within 48 hours) Give them gift for achieving
* Give them verbiage and practice with them. Do a Role Play
* Prepare them that they might hear no, but to refer back to those 8 reasons why. Keep Sorting.
4. θ Hostess Coaching…
* Email your new BB the hostess letter and planner.
* Show new BB where to get invites, and when to send them out. Encourage them to send all invites.
* Have BB send a hand written note to each hostess. (include the letter, sample, EOA ,and invites.)
* Teach BB to stay in touch with their hostesses…show excitement.
5. θ Get new BB on your email blast and connected to the Nation Calls and webinar. ( you might have to call and remind them the first few weeks about the calls) Direct them to training on line...
* Learn and Burns- (creating a powerful “I” story)
* Arbonne university
6. θ Talk to them about duplication and who they can see on their team. Encourage them before the first presentation to get 2 people on a Discover or 3 way call with their VP.
7. θ Email to BB before each presentation and have them print out and bring with them…
* Hostess letters, order forms, before and after pics, presentation note cards, party on purpose outline. A. You bring to their first parties….
* Hostess packets, * Prospecting packets and * List of what they need at next presentation
8. θ Teach new BB to enter orders, ( if you haven’t already sign them up with this order)
* Make sure to order bags!!! Show them that they can get to district in the next month or 2.
9. θ Before presentation…..
* Encourage them to practice presentation.
* Practice their “I” story with them.
* Practice how to talk about the business at the end.
* Prepare hostess packets and prospecting packets (find on )
* Teach a good system for orders and follow-up.
10. θ Stay in touch, encourage them, coach them to district- have them repeat this process with their new BBs.
