Before reserving a vehicle, enroll your institution in the Hertz

Business Rewards program to start saving with the negotiated

E&I rates and earning free days.

Reservations can be made online or by calling Hertz at

1 (800) 654.2200 in the US or 1 (800) 654.3001 internationally.

E&I rates can be used for official or leisure travel.

Enter your institution's Discount Code CDP# when making a

reservation to ensure E&I rates and free day earning credits.

Please visit to locate your Hertz CDP#.

NOTE: Members whose Hertz CDP number is not listed can enroll

in the Hertz Business Account Program to receive a new CDP

number by completing the Hertz Business Account enrollment

form.

How to get a price :

Call Hertz at 1 (800) 654.2200 for US rates. For international rates,

call (800) 654.3001. Refer to #CDP9755.

Minimum weekly/weekend rental periods and other

restrictions apply. Concession fees, where applicable, will be

quoted by the reservationists. Taxes and optional service

charges, such as refueling are not subject to discount.

NOTE: Minimum age requirement to rent a vehicle is 25 years.
