The invoice number is BB: 12567. As per the guarantee note issued from your office, it has a 5 year guarantee. Despite having the guarantee, I am getting very disappointing responses from your technicians and just after 5 months of normal usage, the refrigerator has started to make issues. I started having difficulty with the refrigerator just from the very beginning. As your technicians left my house after installation, I noticed that the lower part of the refrigerator had higher level of cooling and as a result, fruits and vegetables were getting damaged. Your technicians apologized and fixed the issue by changing a default setting. It worked properly for another 4 months and from the last week of April, I noticed a buzzing sound from the machine and day by day the sound got noisier. The outer side of the refrigerator is becoming very hot frequently. To control this, I have to switch off the machine many times. I already called your customer service and the person suggested that the issue could be related to the circuit in my house. An electrician checked the circuit and confirmed that the issue is with the refrigerator only. I would like to request you to send a technician to check the issue and remove the faulty parts with new ones as it is within the warranty period. I have been a regular customer at your store and usually receive good customer care. I hope to get the same this time as well. I am attaching a copy of the invoice and guarantee card.
