This position is to join a team that manages a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties.? The office is located in downtown San Diego.? Responsibilities involve a broad range of property management functions, including, but not limited to: budget preparation and execution; monthly financials and operation reports; CAM reconciliations yearly and reforecasts; tenant relations and project management. EDUCATON AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s level degree in Business or a related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of Commercial Real-Estate experienceMust have California Real Estate LicenseExperience with institutional financial reporting requirementsFamiliarity with TOBY process, LEED/Energy Star reportingProficiency with JD Edwards, MRI, Yardi, Kardin software preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized, able to prioritize multiple projects, delegate appropriately and always have a positive, professional presenceProficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft OfficeThe successful candidate will be very detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, extremely professional, and customer service orientedSelf-motivation, leadership, teamwork and collaborationConflict Management ResolutionRESPONSIBILITIES Participating with and Inspiring a team to operate at their highest efficiencyPromptly responding to tenant and owner requests in a professional managerAbstracting and interpreting lease clauses Negotiating RFPs for vendor service contracts, maintain and develop relationships to achieve optimum performance and competitive pricingCreating and implementing a Tenant retention programPrepare, review and provide monthly financials and operation reports as required accurately and timelyReviewing AR, AP and monthly tenant billings for accuracy and timelinessPerforming CAM reconciliations yearly and reforecasts, as requiredOverseeing tenant improvement projects, including bidding and coordination of deliveryMaintaining current W9 and COIs for tenant, service providers and ownersPreparing annual budgetsBeing a constant learner and bringing existing experience to the teamActively engaging with leasing teams to prepare the property for leasingWORKING CONDITIONS:The office is located in downtown San Diego with properties throughout San Diego CountyResponsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines or attend special events ................
