Documentation Required for Canadian Citizens

_____ Valid Canadian Passport for all travelers including children NOTE: Passports may have to be valid for at least 6 months after expected return date to Canada.

Photo identification is required for anyone who is over 14 years of age for Travel within Canada.

_____ Child Traveling With One Parent - If a minor (under 18) is traveling with only one parent, either (i) the absent parent must provide notarized consent or (ii) the traveling parent must provide proof of sole custody or a notarized letter that the other parent is deceased, as the case may be.

All notarized consent letters should indicate the destination and length of travel, as well as consent to provide emergency medical treatment if

Required.

_____ Children Traveling Alone or Without Either Parents - If a minor (under 18) is traveling alone or is accompanied by an adult other than a parent, both

Parents (or the sole documented custodial parent) must provide notarized consent.

1994 by Le Directeur de l'état civil in the province of Quebec are acceptable. Baptismal and birth certificates issued by

Quebec religious, municipal or judicial authorities prior to 1994 are not considered proof of citizenship.

There has been a high volume of entry requirement changes to several destinations and it is strongly recommended that you check with local

consulates prior to your departure to determine if the above has changed. Prince Travel will not be liable or responsible for any or all losses incurred resulting from denied boarding of an aircraft, vessel or any other mode of transportation, for failure to have the required travel documentation to undertake the intended travel or for any other matter beyond its control or otherwise relating to my/our trip. I/WE understand it is my/our responsibility to obtain at my/our expense, all documentation required by all government authorities along with certificates for vaccinations and other health requirements and this may vary depending on citizenship status.

A previous criminal record could be an obstacle in U.S. and International travel leading to denied entry.

This booking permits price increases. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the price increase is more than 7%, except increases resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal goods and services tax, the customer has the right to cancel and obtain a full refund. Living standards and practices at destination, and the conditions there with respect to the provisions of utilities, services and accommodations, may differ from those found in Canada.

The travel agent has advised me/us what documents are required for my/our trip however it is up to me/us to communicate to all parties traveling and to make certain that we have the necessary documents in hand prior to departure.
