WHAT DOES THE GQ BOX COST?

A Quarterly subscription costs $50 per quarter. You get four boxes per year (billed at the start of every quarter).

A yearly subscription costs $190 per year. OUR BEST DEAL! You get four boxes per year --that's $800+ in value!

When will my box arrive?

Your first box will ship no later than 30 business days after signing up during the quarter's sales period. You

will receive a shipping confirmation email once each box has shipped. On occasion, there are elements outside of our control that might hinder our ability to hold this promise. In those cases, we will be sure to communicate them to you and provide relevant updates. Please note that if you sign up during a pre-sale period your box will ship within 30 business days of the official sale start date.

What are the contents of my box?

Each quarterly Best Stuff box features a collection of GQ's favorite products, valued at $200+ (that's $800+ in value per year), and ships for free Items in the box can include electronics, grooming products, and accessories, all rigorously tested and loved by GQ editors Subscribers also receive exclusive offers and discounts from the brands featured. Which box will I get when I sign up?

You can find details on the current box for sale or pre-sale on our GQ Best Stuff Box landing page.

Please note: If you sign up at the end of the quarter, you may receive two boxes back-to-back! For example, if you sign at the end of the summer sale, you may receive a summer box if it is still on sale, soon followed by a Fall box. Future boxes will be delivered at regular quarterly intervals.

Will you tell me ahead of time what is in my box?

Follow us on our social channels (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) for the scoop on what is featured in each quarter's box.

When will my credit card be charged?

New subscribers are billed for their first box on the day they sign up.

Quarterly subscribers will be billed in the first week of each Quarter sale going forward. Because of this timing, if you sign up as a new member at the end of the Quarter, it is likely that you will be charged for your second box before you receive your first box. So, you may be receiving two boxes back-to-back and your credit card will be charged back-to-back as well.

Annual subscribers will receive renewal notification after their 4th box is generated. Renewal charge will process 30 days after notification. This can occur between the 10-12th month of the subscription depending on their original purchase date. After the first year renewal will occur yearly.

How much is shipping?

Your quarterly GQ Box membership fee includes shipping.

Do you ship the GQ Box to U.S. Territories APO/FPO and international addresses? We do not currently ship to any of the above locations.

What if I want to change my shipping or billing address? You can update your shipping or billing information at any time via the Customer Service Portal or by calling the GQ Box customer care at: 1-800-999-6536. Customer care will be able to tell you if the change of address will be processed in time for your next box.

I never received my box. If you have not received a tracking email and believe your box is missing, please contact our customer care team via email at: GQBox@ at or call: 1-800-999-6536.

My box and/or some of its contents arrived damaged. Please contact our customer care team at GQBox@ or call 1-800-999-6536 and we will work to send you a replacement item(s), an entire box or a refund on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make sure you receive the full contents of each box.

One of the items was missing from my box. Please contact our customer care team at GQBox@ or call 1-800-999-6536 and we will work to send you the missing item ASAP.

Can I return my box? You cannot return a specific box, but you may cancel your membership at anytime by calling the GQ Customer Care Center at: 1-800-999-6536.

How long will my membership last? As long as you are enrolled in the GQ quarterly or annual box program, we will continue to bill and send you a new box each quarter.

Is it easy to cancel my membership? Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please call the GQ Box customer care center at: 1-800-999- 6536 for further information about how to cancel your membership.
