REQUIREMENTS

1. All committee members MUST be members of BCSHA.

2. For each child that you have in the show, you will be responsible for obtaining at least ten donations and/or ads for the program book.  These donations must be solicited from businesses, either from our established list of donors, or from businesses that you may patronize and would like to add to the list.  Small, personally donated items do not count toward your quota; however family-sponsored “baskets” may be acceptable and counted as one donation.  Please remember that this is a major fund raiser for BCSHA, and without these donations, our auction would not be possible!  Multiple donations from one business only counts as one donation, unless determined otherwise by committee chairpersons.

3. All committee members are required to attend at least 3 additional committee meetings.    Participation is vital, and we communicate a lot of information to you during these meetings.  Also, the meetings are a convenient time to turn in your donations.

4. All committee members must sign up and work with at least 3 sub-committees, and must sign up to assist with wrapping prize baskets on at least 3 dates.  One of the wrapping dates must be the week before or the week of the fashion show - as we need all hands on deck for the last few sessions!! Prize wrapping dates will be determined in advance and will be geared to accommodate everyone’s busy schedule
