CANVAS: Transitioning from BlueJeans to Zoom Homepage:

Your BlueJeans page in Canvas will look similar to this with the upcoming class listed, followed by meeting in progress and recordings:

With the Zoom plugin, you will first see an empty field showing no Zoom meetings for upcoming classes. You will need to use the blue "Schedule New Meeting" tab in the upper right corner:

Scheduling Your Classes:

While using BlueJeans in Canvas, scheduling your classes looked like this:

While using Zoom in Canvas, scheduling classes will appear like this:

In Canvas BlueJeans, your scheduled classes appeared like this: with only the next course date and time listed:

While in Canvas Zoom, your classes will appear like this: with all upcoming classes listed:

Your Recordings:

In BlueJeans, the recordings automatically publish to Canvas and are available to students as soon as they are processed (see bottom right of picture below):

In Zoom, each processed video is NOT automatically available for students to view and must be "Published" for students to view by toggling the "Publish" slider to the far right of each recording:
