Logging into Your eServices, Gmail Account, and Canvas Learning System: It is important to start using your eServices, Gmail Account, and Canvas Learning System right away. When you applied to Folsom Lake College, you were emailed your Los Rios Student ID number and the steps to set up your unified password and log-in information to access your personal accounts. Your login (W+Student ID #) plus your unique password will allow you to log into all three of these VERY IMPORTANT online services so that you can monitor your own account and be responsible for your learning.

eServices? manage your personal account (pay registration fees, update personal information, enrollment dates and times, and more.) Students can login to all three of these applications using the Student Login link located at the top right corner of your screen on the FLC website ? flc.losrios.edu, (Student Login).

IMPORTANT Deadlines: There are important deadlines that students need to be aware of when enrolling for classes. It is the student's responsibility to adhere to deadlines when adding classes, dropping or withdrawing from classes, requesting a refund, paying fees, just to name a few. Make sure you're aware of those deadlines every semester.

Communication before and after enrolling in Classes: Use your Los Rios Gmail student email account when communicating with the college. This is the email address that is used when your instructors and college offices contact you. Don't miss out on important emails ? actively use your student email. You can access Los Rios Gmail on the FLC homepage (top right corner ? Student Login) ? flc.losrios.edu.

There is important information about your online class(es) that can only found on the online class schedule ? not in eServices. Locate the classes you want to take on the class schedule page and click on the blue circle with an `i' (for Information). Here you will find VERY important information about how to contact the instructor, if there's a mandatory orientation, important enrollment information, etc.

Wait list information and getting enrolled after the term has started: If you are on a wait list, make sure to check your status daily before the semester starts. If you're still on a waitlist when the semester starts, make sure you email the instructor with your request to add the class. If there is room, they will give you a permission number via email. Forward that email to Admissions@flc.losrios.edu, so Admissions can add you to the class (make sure to provide all necessary information ? your name, Los Rios ID number, class name & number, and permission number.
