How to Pay Your Alliant Loan

Log into Online Banking

Set up online access at

myloan

Provide your loan information

You¡¯ll need your 14-digit loan

account number, the last 4 digits of

your social security number, and the

last 5 digits of your VIN.

Provide payment information

Follow the payment instructions. You

will need the routing and account

number from the bank account you

wish to pay from.

What¡¯s the difference between my membership number and loan account number?

Your loan account number is a 14-digit number that is specific to each individual Alliant vehicle loan. You can find it:

? In your Welcome Letter on the first page.

? In Alliant Online Banking, select the desired account and click on Account Details.

? You can call our toll-free number and request that we send you a letter with your account information.

Your membership number is a unique 10-digit number given when you first join Alliant. You can find it:

? In your Welcome Letter on the second page.

? In Alliant Online Banking, select ¡°Membership Number¡± in the right side of the blue banner at the top.

? You can call our toll-free number and request that we send you a letter with your membership information.

Other ways to pay

Transfer from your Alliant Savings Account

Log into Online Banking, and select the

Transfer Money Tab. Then select the deposit

account you wish to transfer funds from. Select

the loan you¡¯d like to pay and enter the amount,

date and frequency of the payment(s).

Bill Pay from another financial institution

Log into your other financial institution¡¯s

website and create a new payee named

Alliant Credit Union. Select the address that

has PO Box 2387 and make sure to provide

your 14-digit loan account number.

Pay with a debit card

Mail in a check

Call 866-924-0645 and enter your debit card

number. Please note there is a $10 fee for

paying by phone.

Write a check with the 14-digit loan account

number on the memo line. Send to:
