• Planned and implemented treatment plans of patients diagnosed with heart failure, valvular abnormalities, cardiomyopathies, myocardial infarctions, as well as potential candidates being considered for left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) and transcatheter valve replacements (TAVR).
• Became proficient in treatment planning and family education of postoperative patients with Left Ventricular Assist Devices (i.e. Heartware, Heartmate II)
• Collaborated with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and critical care specialists in managing this population of patients
