Ayni’s Health and Safety PrecautionsWe consider you part of the Ayni Family and your well-being and health remains our highest priority.?At Ayni Healing Arts Center, cleanliness and your safety are always of the utmost importance to us. We want to ensure a healthy and sanitary environment for our clients. With the current outbreak of the coronavirus we felt it is important to give our clients as much information as possible about the procedures we follow to keep our Medicine Room and common areas sanitary for when you visit.?We are committed as ever to upholding our already high standards for hygiene. However, given these recent developments, we have decided to take a few extra precautions in addition to our thorough standards. As one of our valued clients, we wanted to inform you of these precautions.?Before you visit?We are asking all of our clients to please err on the side of caution and not come into their appointments if they are feeling ill in any way, both to protect your health and the health of our team. Please note: if you cancel your appointment inside the 48-hour cancellation window, you MAY be charged either a partial payment or the full session. Please make ALL attempts to contact us AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.Healing Environment?Before and after all client services; all room surfaces such as counters, handles, products, service tables and face cradles are thoroughly disinfected with high grade disinfectant cleaner.Our water glasses, teacups, fire cups, etc are all washed in a dishwasher to ensure sanitation, but we now offer disposable cups upon request.?We are environmentally conscious, as well as health conscious, for this reason we use cloth hand towels in our bathrooms. These towels are all washed with hot water and disinfected in the washer machine.Digital Payments Preferred We request all our students and client to please consider paying for your session via Venmo (@Denise-Saracco-Zoppi), having a credit or debit card saved to your file, or via Square by invoice. While cash and checks are still accepted, we make this request to continue contactless payment.?All of us at Ayni Healing Arts Center take great pride in our role of our clients’ lives, health, and overall well-being. We have a commitment to our clients to provide the best experience that is not only of the highest quality but, is also in a clean and safe environment.?Ayni’s COVID-19 ProtocolsAyni has done many things to comply with the CDC guidelines. From virus-busting air purifiers to no contact thermometers, we have upped our already extensive sanitization protocols to keep us all healthy. In-person sessions will require you to comply with the following:BEFORE ENTERING for your appointment:?please call or text us upon arrival at 862-268-3213 OR 973-905-2030 and stay in your vehicle until we give you the "come on in!" response. Once you receive the ok to enter, please enter ONLY through the door off the driveway.This is to reduce your exposure.Face masks worn at all timesShoes removed and stored in the nearby closet upon enteringWe must check your temperature for fever upon entering with our new no-contact thermometer. If you have a fever of 100.5 or above, or are exhibiting any COVID symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule your session and will be asked to leave.If you have been in contact with a COVID positive person in the past 2 weeks OR traveled to a high COVID infection area, your session will need to be scheduled AFTER you've completed your 2-week quarantine.You will be asked to sign a document each session to confirm you’re able to be seen in person pursuant to COVID-19 CDC regulations.No additional person other than the one receiving the service is allowed inside during the session (unless the client is under the age of 18). Any other parties must wait outside in the vehicle until you exit.We appreciate you being a part of our family and doing your part in providing a healthy space for all to share.
