PROJECT INITIATIVES FOR THE NORTHERN CAPE PROVINCE IN

SOUTH AFRICA

❑ As member of the Northern Cape Ministerial Team for Education, I advised broadly on issues relating to policy formulation (frame works, structures, procedures and

facilitative processes) for school integration/merger/amalgamation

❑ Assisted and advised the Technical Team of the Kimberley Educational District office (Francis Baardt region) on approaches to facilitate the process of school integration with Northern Cape Agricultural High School, Oliphantshoek High School, Dikgathlong High School and Rietvale High)

❑ Gave motivational sessions at amalgamated / integrated schools (Tweeriviere Primary School, Dikgathlong High and Hoer Landbouskool Noord-Kaap relating to the aspect of school amalgamation/integration and planning

❑ Assisted Northern Cape Education Department in dealing with issues relating to

conflict management and race allegations at Rietvale High School
