AP Student Checklist - 2021Check your College Board Account All students taking digital and in-person exams should know their College Board username and password and have a safe place to keep this information, so you can retrieve it closer to exam day. Students must use their legal name, correct date of birth, etc. Inaccurate information could jeopardize their ability to test or access their scores. Safety issues and general informationI wanted to touch base with you regarding upcoming, in-person AP exams slated for May 3 – 17, ?in the Aux Gym, Art Room (for AP Art and Design – May 7) and Lab 160 (for Music Theory, AP Spanish, AP French).? Some things you should know about the exams:Students will be checked in distanced at least 3 feet apart when they enter the testing room Students must bring a picture IDStudents must bring a number 2 graphite pencil with eraser – no mechanical pencilsStudents must bring a blue or black ink penSome exams require calculators – please check with your teacherStudents will be seated at least 4 to 5 feet apart in the Aux Gym, and at least one or two chairs apart in Lab 160Desks and chairs will be ozone sprayed between exams if there are two exams per day and sprayed at the beginning of the dayStudents will be seated by a pre-determined seating chart – AP requires it No phones – if a student brings a phone, it must be turned off completely and cannot be accessed during the examNo food will be brought into the testing area – students can keep a snack in their backpacks for the short break – no snacks will be providedStudents may keep a water bottle under their assigned seatStudents must wear masks at all times and hand sanitizer will be availableIf a student misses an exam due to illness or has a conflict, the exam must meet certain criteria to be rescheduled, and a new version of the exam must be ordered. If we are quarantined, or a student is quarantined, Mrs. Schulzki (AP coordinator) has 7 days to reassign students to AP Test Window 2 (May 18 – May 28) At-home, digital, or AP Test Window 3 (June 1-11) – At-home, digital.? There are three exams I cannot re-assign to digital, and they would need to test in-person, AP Test Window 3 – Music Theory, AP Spanish and AP French. We are requiring ALL students to download and install the AP Digital Exam App by April 28, just in case we need to quarantine students or proctors.We are preparing for a smooth administration of this year’s AP exams with lots of options to meet student needs.
