NJCFSA

Please read the letter below about the Chase Community Giving Contest that begins on November 8th.  The NJCFSA, like other ME/CFS organizations are having a hard time raising sufficient funds to maintain their current projects or add new ones.  YOUR support can help the NJCFSA and other ME/CFS organizations win a portion of the 3 million dollars that Chase Giving is making available.

The letter provides the tools to become involved in this incredible opportunity.  It will not cost you anything to help NJCFSA and others win $25,000…or more.  Please read the letter below from Cort Johnson of Phoenix Rising.

(or-more)-for-ME-CFS-Supports-with-Chase-Community-Giving-(Nov-8th-22nd)

Dear Readers

25-100K for New Jersey CFS in two weeks!!!  Believe it or not it’s possible. The Chase Community Giving Contest for small non-profits opens on Nov 8th on Facebook with 3 million dollars at stake. The top winner receives $250 and the next 99 organizations win from $25K to $100K.

In the first round - for larger non-profits- the ME/CFS Community won $100,000 for the Whittemore Peterson Institute. Last year, the CFS Community helped PANDORA win $25K - and now it’s our turn.  With your vote and support over the next 2 ½ weeks, we can dramatically increase our budget and help pump hundreds of thousands of dollars into the cash-starved ME/CFS non-profit organizations. All you need to do is vote 10 times on Facebook and support others in voting from now until Nov 22nd.

The Rules: Chase gives each person 10 votes - but allows each person to vote only once for each non-profit.  This means that the way to help NJCFSA win is to have each organization vote for each other.  The more NJCFSA advocates vote for a group such as, CFSKnowledgeCenter, the more CFSKnowledgeCenter advocates will vote for NJCFSA - both organizations win!  Now multiple that by 10 and we have a chance of getting 10 CFS non-profits the biggest chunk of money in their history.  It will take every one of us voting and contacting and supporting each other for two weeks to win from $25-250K for ME/CFS.

• REQUIRED - A Facebook Page. Facebook has become ground central for online contests for non-profits. If you don’t like Facebook - create a page and then delete it after the contest.
