I am pleased to offer a $225 fee for a non-interactive website which includes the first two years of domain registration (about $30 for two years) and the first year of website maintenance ($45 a year). This introductory offer won’t last forever, so if you want that website up at a cheap cost, then send me the request. I will be happy to launch the website for you. Here is the pricing schedule:

Charge for building the website $225 for a simple website (First half ($112.50) due up front, the second half ($112.50) when website is up)

Charge for registering a domain name About $30 for two years ($31.14 from ) (First domain name registration charge due two (2) year after website is up. Each additional bill (yearly) due on the anniversary of the first bill.)

Charge for maintaining the website $45 per year for simple changes (First maintenance charge due one (1) year after website is up. Each additional bill (yearly) due one (1) year after the first bill is due.)
