Please check your refund status on the registration website/My Homepage/Apply for Refund, after 5 working days upon your submission of Refund Application online and IELTS Refund Request Form by email. If your refund status remains “Unprocessed” after 5 working days, please telephone us. Your fee will be refunded within approximately a month once the status changes to “Processing” (excluding public holidays).
To ensure your email will be successfully delivered, you are advised to send the form in doc, pdf or jpg formats. Please do not send the form via extra-large or cloud attachment.
This form will be only valid with your signature and a copy of your valid ID document.
