SECTION 2.Wildlife reserve shall be defined as, according to the Miriam Webster Dictionary, living things and especially mammals, birds, fishes that are neither human nor domesticated. Reserve shall be defined as, according to the Free Dictionary, to set or cause to set apart for a particular person or use. SECTION 3.U.S Fish and Wildlife Service shall ensure that this bill is being implemented. If any states fail to implement this, a fine and lawsuit will be forced upon the state.First-time violation shall have a fine of $200,000. For every time this bill is violated or if failed to be implemented the fine payment shall increase by $200,000. Citizens caught hunting, poaching, and/or harming wildlife on purpose through recklessness or acts of violence shall also face jail time of one year, without bail, per animal they maim, and/or kill.SECTION 4.This bill shall be implemented at the beginning of 2021.SECTION 5.
