Individual Care Plans are put in place to meet any medical or physical needs. This means that we will think outside the box for these children. For example some children may need their own personalised reward system and/or visual aids. Others may need significant adjustments to meet their needs including additional adult support, additional equipment and/or own work stations or their own quiet area. Please come and talk to us about how we can help your child. ................
