Installing NewCreatorK

Installing NewCreatorK onto PC

1. Connect to the ROKIT Healthcare site () 2. From the SUPPORT tab, download the most recent version of NewCreatorK and unzip the file. 3. Click on [NewCreatorK_V1.xx.xx_install] from the unzipped folder. 4. Click on `Yes' when the device change confirmation appears on your screen. 5. Select the destination. Uncheck USB Driver(Edison Series) from the list. Click on "Install". 6. Install Python. 7. Device Driver Installation will begin and end shortly. 8. NewCreatorK installation is completed. Click on `Close'.

Utilizing NewCreatorK ? Basic Operations

1. Start NewCreatorK. [Object] screen is activated. Select the printer type: Setting ->Printer->"Bio" (Bio means "INVIVO") 2. Open Sample File : File -> Sample File -> 20mm_calibration_box 3. Screen will rotate by moving your mouse while clicking on a right cursor. It will rotate in any direction including Up, Down, Left, and

Right. 4. When you move your cursor while pressing on a mouse wheel or rotating it, the object will either expand or shrink. 5. Object is selected as you click on the object and a red border line is created around the object. X, Y, Z position of the object appears

under the right screen. 6. Click on the object, and pop-up menu appears when you click on right.

7. Model Information: Shows the basic information of the object. 8. Copy Model Object: Copies the object. 9. Delete Model Object: Deletes the selected object. 10. Extruder, Dispenser1(R), Dispenser2(L): Choose Extruder, Dispenser1, Dispenser2 to print your object. 11. In the 3D Model List, there is an icon to view the model information, to copy, and to delete the object.

Utilizing NewCreatorK ? [File]

1. New : Erases everything on-going and returns to the very first screen of NewCreatorK. 2. Open : Brings the file. (STL, OBJ, AMF)

- STL : A file is recognized as one model. - AMF: Put multiple models into one file. 3. Save : File is edited and then saved. 4. Recent : Recent file list appears. 5. Sample File : It is a basic sample modeling file that NewCreatorK offers. 6. Reset All: Every setting (X-Y Position, Z Leveling, etc) returns to the default value. 7. Quit : The program shuts down.

1. Printer : Select the model of your printer. 2. Printer Setting ? Default : Select build volume and basic offset value. These values change when you choose X-Y position on INVIVO. 3. Printer Setting ? Connect : Wireless IP address is registered. 192.168.7.2 is the address when you connect through USB. 4. Language : Choose between Korean and English.

Utilizing NewCreatorK ? [Tool]

1. Meshmixer : Sometimes a 3D model may not print well due to fine holes or meshes. Meshmixer allows for making modifications to solve these issues.

2. Meshmixer is a free software from an external source. This may be subject to change. - For detailed guidelines, please refer to the Meshmixer homepage .
