How to Link Season Account in Ballpark App

? After purchasing tickets on the Groupmatics webpage download the MLB Ballpark app to access your tickets

? Once downloaded, select the Tickets tab in the top right corner

? On the Tickets tab select "Link Account"

? Select the Cincinnati Reds as your team

? Enter the email address you used to purchase tickets on the Groupmatics page

? You will receive an email* from

? Select "Yes, Grant access"

? Select "Yes, Continue" on the next window to ink the account

*if email is not in your inbox, please check span and trash folders as well

? Return to the MLB Ballpark app and select "All Home Events" on the Tickets tab
