Please provide the following service to Team Inc., located at 25 Rumford Rd., Waterbury, CT. 06704.Supplies, Material & Equipment:Please provide at no additional cost to Team, the following items required to carry out the duties detailed: All, labor, supervision, uniforms, background checks, insurance, and payroll taxes.All general supplies and equipment (powered and non-powered).All chemicals, liquids, coating and compoundsAll general cleaning suppliesTeam Inc. shall provide the following items required to carry out the duties required herein:All consumable supplies to include: light bulbs, paper products, toilet tissue, facial tissue, air fresheners, hand soap, trash can liners, urinal deodorizers, sanitary products, and the dispensers for such products.Reasonable and secure storage for equipment and supplies.Access to and reasonable use of power outlets, water, sewage drains, and restroom facilities.Insurance Coverage: You will carry General liability insurance ($100,000/$300,000) for injuries or death arising out of any one accident, property damage ($100,000/$300,000) and workers Compensation insurance during the term of the contract. In addition, you will carry a $1,000,000 umbrella for all areas of coverage. A certificate of this coverage will name Team Inc. and will be furnished to Team Inc. prior to the signing of contract. The following cleaning specifications will be provided to Team Inc. 25 Rumford St. Waterbury, CT. 06704 at the frequency listed:Front Lobby, First / Second Floor & Downstairs OfficesEmpty all trash receptacles, replace liners, remove collected trash to designated area - DailyEmpty all recyclable paper receptacles, take to designated collection area – DailyVacuum all carpeted traffic lanes & common areas – DailyVacuum all carpeted areas – WeeklyDetailed vacuum (corners & edges) all carpeted areas – MonthlySweep and dust mop hard floors – DailySpot Mop all hard flooring surfaces for spills, stain, etc. – DailySpot clean carpeting for spots – DailyComplete moping of all hard flooring surfaces – WeeklyDust all cleared horizontal surfaces to 6’ high (e.g. desks, book shelves, file cabinets, wall hangings, windowsills, etc.) – WeeklyDust all horizontal surfaces above hand height to 8’ – MonthlySpot clean finger marks and smudges from interior glass – DailySpot clean / disinfect by damp wiping all doors (around knob/handle), light switches. Janitorial ClosetsMaintain all areas in a clean, neat and orderly condition – DailyAll cleaning agents must be stored properly and accompanied by MSDA/SDS sheets at all times – DailyThe above services shall be performed 5 days per week (Monday – Friday), starting no sooner than 6PM.
