ORDINANCE NUMBER 1 (2008)
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING GOLF CARTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ECKLEY, COLORADO
SECTION 1: Definition: No individual shall be allowed to operate any electric golf cart, motorized golf, or neighborhood electric vehicle as defined by section 42-1-102, Colorado Revised Statutes, on the streets, avenues, alleys or highways within the Town of Eckley, except as follows:
1. The operator must have a valid Colorado drivers license
2. Golf cart must have working head lights and tail lights
SECTION2: Violators shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50.00 or more than $300.00.
