Application must be returned to the Borough Hall no later March 16, 2018 The pageant and final selection will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2019 at

Sterling High School. A mandatory rehearsal will be held at Sterling High School on Thursday, 8, 2019 Contestants will be judged on the following:
