The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks on a timely basis.Job DescriptionTriple net and gross lease accounting, tenant move in/out, rent rollManage daily operations of property accounting including reviewing cash receipts and ARReview month end reports and subledger reconciliationsSet up new properties and update and change tenant information as requiredPrepare annual CAM / Tax recoveries and budgetsMonthly / annual budget variance analysisPrepare bank reconciliations, cash management reportingAccrual / adjusting entries, assist in annual year end working paper filesLiaison with Property Managers and tenants in a timely and professional manner as requiredAssist Managers, COO, and CFO if requiredSummary of Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 2 yrs commercial property management accounting for retail, office, industrial, and properties transitioning from PUD to IPPExcellent communication skillsProblem solving skillsAdvanced excel skills is beneficial (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, SQL & Macros)Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high quality of workTimberline experience is beneficialThis is your chance to join one of Canada's leading real estate and development companies.
