He states that yesterday he developed a productive cough with yellow sputum. This morning he states that he developed shortness of breath and asked his wife to drive him to the ED. He also reports feeling fatigued. Patient comes from home with no recent hospital stay, making this a suspected CAP. Additional testing is pending to rule out other diagnoses and confirm PNA.
