• non-exempt

• part-time (regularly scheduled for 20-34 hours/week)

This policy does not apply to you if you are:

• contract

While you are on a leave of absence, you are not eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement Program.

In addition, you must:

• be employed for six months in order to be eligible for this Program and your courses must start after your six month anniversary with the Company

• not receive other educational assistance from the Company (other than for continuing education (CE) assistance)

• if you voluntarily terminate employment, repay to the Company any expenses that were reimbursed to you under this Program within 24 months before your termination date.

Your job performance must be satisfactory in order to be eligible for tuition reimbursement, and course participation must not negatively affect your job performance.
