ATV bill of sale can be used to transfer ownership of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV)
from one party to another. The form can
be completely customized using an appropriate document editing software. Add information that you feel should be included in the form. Remove any sections you feel are not pertinent to this sale.
This bill of sale does not normally need to be notarized. The second page is optional and would be given to the notary if the form is being notarized. Be sure to check with the agency with whom you will be registering the ATV to determine if the bill of sale needs to be notarized.
Be sure to provide the Buyer with a copy of this document and retain one for your records. Depending on the jurisdiction in which the Buyer lives, he or she may need to pay sales tax or personal property tax on the item(s) being purchased.
