Business Objects is an SAP company.Conditional Formatting?Description:?Conditional Formatting changes the appearance of cells on the basis of specified conditions.Process Steps?Conditional formatting options can be found in the Analysis menu.1.?The Analysis?tab in the Menu Bar is clicked.2.?The New Rule button is clicked?in the?Conditional tab.The Formatting Rule Editor provides all of the necessary settings to create conditional formatting. To start, we will select the object from the table that we will filter on. In this example, we will apply conditional formatting to the Grant ID column, based on the Business Area key field. For example, grant numbers in Business Area 3110 will display with a red font.3.?The ... (ellipsis) button is clicked under Filtered Object or Cell.Because we want to filter based on an object in the report, we will choose Select an object or variable.4.?The Select an object or variable button is clicked.In this example, we will navigate to the Business Area - Key field.5.?The Business Area + button is clicked.6.?The Business Area - Key button is clicked.7.?The OK button is clicked.For our condition, we want to look for the Business Area equal to 3110. If this condition is true, the font for the cell will be red.8.?3110 is typed into the Operands field.We want a second condition, so we use the Add button.9.?The Add ... button is clicked.In this case, we will again select the Business Area - Key object.10.?The ...
