Cleaning Service Agreement
This Cleaning Service Agreement (Hereinafter "Agreement") is made on this day of INSERT DATE
Between:

(Hereinafter "Contractor")
And
INSERT PERSON’S NAME

(Hereinafter "Customer")
Cleaning Service to be performed at:

INSERT YOUR BUSINESS NAME HERE agrees to provide all equipment, products, supplies, & labor for the completion of the cleaning at: INSERT CUSTOMERS NAME AND ADDRESS HERE
Specification Of Cleaning Services:
You can list all services to be performed here, or simply add a cleaning schedule to this proposal and specify that in here. If so delete all this in red.
This term of this contract is to be for INSERT NUMBER OF YEARS from the date service will begin, and renewed on a yearly basis thereafter. In order to cancel this contract, either party must give a full (30) days notice of cancellation in writing.
Cleaning services are guaranteed, and the service will be performed as specified above.
INSERT CUSTOMERS NAME HERE will pay INSERT YOUR BUSINESS NAME HERE a sum of INSERT DOLLAR AMOUNT HERE for service at INSERT LOCATION HERE.
INSERT YOUR BUSINESS NAME HERE will invoice INSERT CUSTOMERS NAME HERE on the 1st of every month for the previous month’s service.
Payment will be made payable to INSERT YOUR BUSINESS NAME HERE and due by the 15th of the month. All payments made after due date will be subject to a 5% late payment charge.
In the case that INSERT CUSTOMER’S NAME HERE requires extra services & or products, they will submit a purchase order to INSERT YOUR BUSINESS NAME HERE, & be billed separately for these services & or products.
The parties hereby indicate by their signatures below that they have read and agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement in its entirety.
